Additionally, our partner Tom Rossi now devotes a significant portion of his time serving as an arbitrator and mediator. He has served as an arbitrator in more than 200 complex matters and as a mediator in dozens of disputes, many of them complex, multi-party matters. He has been a member of the American Arbitration Association's Construction and Commercial Panels of Arbitrators and Mediators for more than 30 years and is a long-standing member of the NYS Supreme Court Commercial Division's panel of mediators.
